LoopNet Questions

Where and how are my listings shown?

There are two sites on which listings will be shown: LoopNet.com and CCIMNet.com:

On CCIMNet.com, all listings will be visible at all times. There are no levels of service on CCIMNet.com. There is no distinction on CCIMNet for LoopNet subscribers. Everyone has the same access. Everyone's listings are presented the same. Whether listings are entered via CCIMNet.com or via LoopNet.com, if the user associates herself or himself with CCIM, her/his listings will appear on CCIMNet.com

On LoopNet.com, all listings are there. If, however, you are not a Premium subscriber, you will not see current listings. Also, when you enter listings, as a Premium subscriber, your listings have preferential treatment. They are enhanced and appear higher on the search page. Here too, whether the listings are entered on CCIMNet.com or on LoopNet.com, the listings will be on LoopNet.

How do I post my new listings?

To post listings, login through LoopNet. Your listing(s) will appear on both LoopNet and CCIMNet.

I'm already a member of LoopNet. How does this affect me?

If you are member of LoopNet, your LoopNet listings will appear on CCIMNet, as well as in the national LoopNet portal. Make sure you are affiliated with CCIM in your LoopNet membership profile to make sure you show up in the CCIMNet listings.

I'm not a member of LoopNet. How much will it cost to use CCIMNet?

There is no additional cost. CCIMNet on LoopNet is a benefit of membership in the CCIM Institute. Members may post properties on LoopNet and have them listed in both CCIMNet and in the LoopNet national listings.

How do I affiliate my LoopNet listings with CCIMNet?

On LoopNet.com, click "My LoopNet" at the top. At the bottom, click "Change Email". Then, scroll down a bit to "Organizations". Make sure CCIM is selected.

Where do I get a LoopNet account to post listings?

Sign up for a free Loopnet account using your email address. Make sure you are affiliated with CCIM in your LoopNet membership profile to make sure you show up in the CCIMNet listings. Please review and understand the LoopNet Membership Profile. That way, your personal profile and property listings will appear on CCIMNet.

I am already a Premium member of LoopNet. How does this affect my postings?

Your CCIMNet listings will appear in the national LoopNet listings according to your LoopNet membership status. LoopNet subscribers will continue to maintain their current LoopNet subscription status.

I'm not a Premium member of LoopNet. Can I see all the listings?

All CCIM members can see all the listings within CCIMNet.
